About the Board
A Volunteer-Driven Organization
Peabody Youth Hockey is a volunteer-driven, community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and development-focused hockey experience for local players and families.
The Board of Directors provides leadership and oversight for the organization throughout the year. Board members volunteer their time to support PYH programs, manage organizational responsibilities, and help ensure decisions remain focused on the best interests of our players, families, coaches, and community.

Running a youth hockey organization involves much more than what happens on the ice.
02 / FINANCES
Financial Stewardship
Budgeting, registration fees, ice expenses, fundraising, sponsorships, purchasing, and responsible use of organizational funds.
03 / OPERATIONS
Hockey Operations
Ice scheduling, team formation, coaching, league coordination, registration, player eligibility, and organizational compliance.
04 / COMMUNITY
Community & Communication
Family communication, board meetings, website and social media, fundraising, volunteers, community partnerships, and long-term planning.

Peabody Youth Hockey depends on volunteers throughout the season. You do not need to hold a Board position to make a difference.
Parents, coaches, alumni, and community members can help with events, fundraising, programs, communications, committees, and other volunteer opportunities throughout the organization.
